My story
I'm Allal, French-Moroccan. I worked in sales for twenty years.
I loved this job, until the day the pressure became so overwhelming that it overwhelmed everything: the numbers, the goals... and above all, the human element.
At 40, I felt empty. No meaning, no pleasure, just fear and reflexes.
Taking a step back, I realized that what really mattered were the connections. The real moments with my colleagues, the trust I had with my clients. That's where I drew my energy, my drive, my pride.
Morocco taught me all of this again. There, people take their time, listen, and share. They put people back at the center, and live authentically.
I created Évasions d'Orient because I want to offer your teams this same breath of fresh air: to reconnect with reality, with the simple joy of moving forward together. For a more human, more aligned, more vibrant sales experience.
